Caligula (カリギュラ Karigyura) is one of the "Lost Eleven" Photon Carriers. By both Lacile and Noish's admissions, she and Hydro are the most powerful Photon Carriers.[1]

Caligula is a young woman who has straight hair which goes past her shoulders, and she keeps a thin braid on her left side. She wears a dress and high heels.

After the group was separated during the battle against Rockwell, Noish and Lululola fled to Caligula to get help.

Caligula is one of the two strongest Photon Carriers, the other being Hydro. Caligula herself believes she is the "number 2" of the Lost Eleven,[3] meaning Hydro is stronger than her.
Caligula's Carrier Weapon is Carrier Whip. She fights by creating optical illusions from Norse mythology.
